Content strategy project
Milliman, an actuarial firm, had no consistent tools and processes for creating, reviewing, approving, maintaining, storing/archiving, releasing, and publishing customer-facing documentation across all product offerings.
The creation/revision/publishing workflow was redundant, inconsistent, and inefficient plus, time-consuming and complicated for non-technical team members.
I had 6 weeks to document the current state of the team and available resources/tools, and what the future state needed to look like for the team, then present my findings to all stakeholders (including the president).
The scope, resources, tools, and budget that I recommended were all approved after my presentation.
